How do I care for my items?
All of the handmade earrings are either glazed polymer clay or resin. Please store these in a cool, dry place. These are delicate pieces, so please try to avoid dropping them as they may break. Only clean with a damp cloth and water. Do not apply makeup, perfume, or hairspray directly to the jewelry, as the chemicals can eat into the glaze. For non-handmade jewelry, handle with care and store in a cool, dry place. For all clothing and handbags, follow wash and dry instructions on inside label.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed on Monday-Thursday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed Friday -Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. **If purchasing handmade items, please allow 1-2 days for processing** If there are any questions regarding the shipping of your order, contact us through the online chat or at shopethereal1@gmail.com. Shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days.

What is your return policy?
Due to COVID 19 , all clothing and accessories are final sale. All jewelry items are non-returnable. For handmade items, please note that no two items are identical, style may have some variation. *We will only consider exchanges/store credit for damages, defects, or if the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake. Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable time period. You will be notified of whether you are entitled to a replacement item. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size, style, and color of your items.
